Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Information
All Continents Travel will only collect personally identifiable data, such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, when it is voluntarily submitted to us at our website. This information will be collected through an online form or when you contact us regarding any other matter.
Although All Continents Travel is part of the AERTiCKET Group , no information collected on our sites will be used by our Group companies nor will anyone from our Group companies contact you or use your information in any other way without your consent. No other third parties, either on our or on their own behalf, will collect any Personally Identified Information through our website.
By providing my phone number to All Continents Travel, I agree and acknowledge that All Continents Travel may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy travel products and services from us, we are required to follow federal regulations. These include, but are not limited to the fact that we must request you to provide us with certain personal (like the name, the birthdate and gender of the traveler, etc.) and financial information (like the billing credit card number, expiration date). This information is required by the TSA and is used for billing purposes and order fulfillment. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll also use this information to contact you.
Tracking Technologies
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Our website also collects and uses information in aggregate form to track the total number of visitors to our site, the number of visitors to each page of our site, the domain names of our visitors' internet service providers, and other such technical information. This is technical information that does not by itself identify any specific individuals. No personally identifiable information is available in this process. We refer to it as "non-personally identifiable information". We use this aggregated data from time to time to better target our marketing efforts.
Cookies
Our website uses a well-known technology called "cookies". This is simply an electronic token that a server gives to your browser when you access a website. In such cases, you may request to have your information deleted, once the agreement related to the service has terminated.
We will respond to your request to access, update or delete your information within ten (10) business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity.
Security
We take careful measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting 128-bit encryption when we collect information from you during the certification application process. Financial information is stored by our payment processor, ChasePaymentTech, a subsidiary of JP Morgan/Chase. The information collected is stored on a secure server network, protected by firewalls and other state-of-the-art security measures. Only the All Continents Travel team will have access to your personal information.
We not only use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Disclosure of Information
If the law in our jurisdiction requires us to do so, please do assume that all Personally Identified Information gathered can and will be disclosed to judicial or other government agencies subject to warrants, subpoenas or other governmental orders.
In the event of a sale or merger of All Continents Travel, Inc. all data will be transferred to the new entity.
Protection of Children
This site is not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 18. This site does not sell products or services to children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Third Party Links and Advertising
As a convenience to our visitors, All Continents Travel’s sites currently contain links to a number of sites that we believe may offer useful information. Our privacy policies and procedures described here do not apply to those sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly if you would like to have additional information related to the specific data collection, retention and distribution policies of those sites.
We do not use third party advertising companies to provide advertising, nor do we allow any third party advertisers to track your browsing with us.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding privacy concerns shall be submitted to mediation before a mutally agreed to mediator at the American Arbitration Association (AAA) located in Los Angeles, California, USA. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation, then the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the AAA with an arbitrator agreed to by the parties. If the parties cannot agree to an arbitrator, then one shall be appointed by the AAA. The arbitration shall be governed by the AAA's rules of commercial arbitration and the laws of the state of California. Picasso shall be responsible for the fees of the AAA mediation and initially responsible for the fees of the AAA binding arbitration subject to allocation by the arbitrator.
